Adult Dose
Children's Daily Dose: Mix the following recommended quantities (1 level included scoop is approximately 5g) into
water or fruit juice, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children 1-3 years: 2/3 scoop
Children 4-8 years: 1 scoop
Children 9-13 years: 2 scoops

Manufacturing Excipients: Beta vulgaris, citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, natural flavours, malic acid, sodium bicarbonate, stevia rebaudiana. Incidental Excipients: Acacia, d-alpha-tocopherol, dl-alphatocopherol, fractionated coconut oil, liquid glucose, maize starch, maltodextrin, palm fruit oil, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, starch sodium octenyl succinate, sucrose.
Warning
Vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains sulfites.
